Our Knaphill showroom is packed with 250 major appliances; from free-standing and built-in cookers, washer-dryers and fridge-freezers to an array of smaller appliances such as kettles, toasters, irons, microwaves and much more! We have a team of experienced sales staff who will assist you in your selection from many of the leading manufacturers, which can often be taken away or delivered on the same day! Our larger domestic appliances can also be installed and your old appliances removed for your convenience. We have four repair engineers constantly on the road covering over 140 calls per week, coming to your home and ensuring that any appliance that can be repaired, is repaired, with the least disruption to you. We offer a fixed call out / labour charge so regardless of how long we are with you, there will be no nasty surprises. If your appliance is beyond repair or you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will discount the call-out charge to reflect the time spent at the property. All our drivers are uniformed and our vehicles are branded for safety and peace of mind. Loan appliances are available for a small charge if the repair needs to be undertaken offsite.

Dedicated Account Managers
We are proud to have a corporate sales manager who, along with his team are responsible for maintaining all of our corporate accounts and overseeing all the works orders. Mark will personally carry out free of charge site visits where necessary, undertaking duties such as measuring up for an appliance and assisting new tenants with unfamiliar appliances.
