Knaphill
Our Knaphill store has been established for over 40 years and is staffed by 5 of our most experienced personnel. It is the largest of the three stores with over 250 free-standing and built-in appliances on display, including ovens, hobs, fridge/freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers. There is also a very wide range of smaller kitchen appliances, irons, vacuum cleaners and microwaves. Knaphill is the home for our in-house repairs for small appliances and vacuum cleaners and we also carry spare parts and accessories including over 250 types of light bulb and 270 different vacuum cleaner bags.

RSM Appliance Repairs Centre
RSM have a repair centre at the Knaphill store, where a dedicated team will book and manage all home repair calls for your larger appliances. Please contact them directly on 01483 539531 for all commercial, lettings & domestic repairs enquiries. If your appliance is beyond repair or you decide not to proceed with the repair, you will be presented with a voucher put towards your new appliance or to spend on anything in our 3 stores - Knaphill, Ashtead or Bookham.
For smaller, portable appliances, please call 01483 475000 or bring your appliance into our Knaphill, Ashtead or Bookham stores.

Ashtead
Previously BOSCH supplier Capel Domestics, this store was purchased by RSM along with the Guildford store in 2007 and stocks large and small domestic appliances from many manufacturers. It is our Bookings and Drop Off Centre for repairs, conveniently situated in the centre of Ashtead high street with parking less than a minute’s walk from the store.

Bookham
May 2013 saw the takeover of previously named Howard Electrical, a Euronics store which has been in the town for over 10 years. Being only 4 miles apart, our Ashtead and Bookham stores work closely together with stock control to bring a wider range of choice to our customers.
