A wide range of electrical appliance spares is held in stock including motor brushes, oven elements, belts, filters and door gaskets. Any product not in stock can usually be obtained within 2-3 working days. Most small domestic appliances such as vacuum cleaners, microwaves, food mixers, DVD players and steam cleaners can be repaired in-store. Please refer to either Under Guarantee or Out of Guarantee sections below.

Larger appliances such as cookers, dishwashers, fridge-freezers, washing-machines and tumble-dryers can often be repaired in the home. Due to Gas Safe regulations we are unable to repair gas appliances, however we are able to recommend one of our recommended Gas Safe registered suppliers. Most manufacturers’ warranties will be for either 12 or 24 months but fault procedures may differ so please ensure you bring your proof of purchase and warranty certificate along with your appliance. We aim to repair any appliance providing we are able to obtain the spare parts to do so, and providing the appliance is not deemed un-repairable or unsafe. All appliances are subject to a booking-in fee which will be deducted from the final cost of repair. On all major repairs, a quotation can be provided prior to commencing the work. Written quotations for insurance purposes are also provided at a cost of £25. However, if the repair is not completed the booking fee covers the time for investigation and analysis.
