Steve took ownership of RSM Domestic Appliances in 2000 after a successful career in manufacturing production, sales and management. Since acquiring the business, Steve has increased the staff from 5 to 20 and added Ashtead, Bookham, Epsom and Guildford branches to the original Knaphill store.
In 2008, it became evident that our high level of service in both sales and repairs combined with our large stock holding and delivery speed, gave us the ability to successfully service the need within the corporate sector especially with the demanding requirements of tenanted properties. With that in mind, they built a dedicated Repair Centre to the Knaphill Store to manage the property and repairs side of the business.
