We endeavour to take the hassle away from the agent or landlord and can talk directly to the tenant to arrange site visits or provide a key collection and drop off service if preferred. Our install engineer will record the model and serial number details and if required a photo of the installation, all of which will be sent with the invoice.

We understand the importance of transparent pricing, therefore upon the account set-up we will create a list of fixed prices for certain models. These prices are only subject to change when items are discontinued or when manufacturers prices or VAT increases.

Appliances can be sold in matching sets and can be delivered straight to site or retained in storage until the properties are ready for the appliances to be installed, where we can install or supply only.

Our delivery drivers and installers are friendly, caring and arrive in fully branded vehicles and uniform for safety and peace of mind. We can deliver to individual flats and apartments or to communal areas; and resident appliance training is offered as part of the service however long it takes!
